Manor Park Model Yacht Club are proud to be hosting this year's MYA rules & tactics Seminar in their clubhouse on Saturday Feb 7th 2008.

This is an excellent opportunity for any skippers, regardless of age, boat sailed or ability to get advice and help from the top skippers in our hobby.

The subjects to be covered will include:
Rules
Revisons to the current racing rules for 2009.
The rules as they apply around the course Protesting, when and how to protest correctly Observation of the rules and the importance of observers at all levels.

Tactics
Boat preparation and the differences it can make. Getting a good start Entry to Mark Zones Reading the wind Doing Penalty turns
In all topics their will be opportunity to discuss issues with the guest speakers, and hopefully weather permitting there will be some on the water demonstrations where top skippers will talk through what they are "seeing" and trying to achieve on the water.
